Warranty

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on our cabinets, accessories, lighting, and plumbing products, as well as wiring and electrical works. This warranty is designed to protect you against any manufacturing defects that may occur.

Coverage

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. In the event a product is proven to be defective, we will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or replace the item outright.

This includes:

• Cabinets and accessories
• Lighting and plumbing equipment
• Wiring and electrical works

Exclusions

Please be advised that our warranty does not cover:

1. Any defects or damages resulting from misuse, improper use, negligence, or lack of maintenance and care. This includes, but is not limited to, failure to follow operating instructions, rough handling, exposure to harmful substances, and improper storage conditions.

2. Damage caused by water leakages. Our products are designed to be durable and high-quality, but they are not intended to withstand water damage. Ensure proper installation and usage to avoid such issues.

3. Damage caused by acts of God or nature, such as earthquakes, floods, fires, etc. These are unforeseeable and unpreventable incidents that are out of our control.

4. Damage caused by abnormal environmental conditions, such as excessive humidity or exposure to extreme temperatures. Our products are designed to operate within specified environmental parameters, and damage caused by operating outside of these parameters is not covered.

This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase will be required for any warranty claims.
